We are a pet friendly community and allow the following pets: dogs and cats. There is a limit of 2 pets per household, and a weight limit of 50 lbs. Pet rent is per pet. There is a Pet Fee of $400, and an additional pet fee of $200 applies for the second pet. We restrict the following full-breed and predominant breed dogs: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pincers, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-dog hybrids, Chow-Chows, Husky. No exotic animals permitted. To ensure accountability and responsibility for the benefit of all residents, everyone, even if you do not have a pet or animal, is required to complete a third-party screening and review process prior to the execution of any residential lease
If residents and/or their guests are found smoking on Pixon Property, a $250 fee will be charged to the resident. Damage charges may also apply.
